Brief Description Â
An field intake coordinator manages the registration process of patients or clients as they enter a health care facility for medical services. Your responsibilities as an intake coordinator include gathering patient records, taking medical histories, and obtaining any insurance information from the patientÂ
Duties & Responsibilities Â
Proficient in the English language (Reading, Speaking & Writing)Â
Digitally completing and processing patient intake forms. Â
Verifying medical benefits and accommodationsÂ
Coordinating patient setup and appointments Â
Addressing patient’s complaints and concernsÂ

Qualifications and Requirements Â
High school diploma or GEDÂ
A minimum of two year’ experience in patient intake or medical office administrationÂ
Strong Affinity for customer serviceÂ
Working knowledge of office management and filing systems Â
Great communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
Excellent organizational and time-management skillsÂ
Ability to use camera software and technology for minor processing captures Â
Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record Â
Ability to pass a state background check Â
