Our History
Founded in August of 2013, Private Duty Staffing (PDS) was initially set up to serve the staffing needs of the group of companies under the nPowered Global Inc brand.
One of our major milestones was when we were able to explore international recruitment, which allowed us to tap into a global pool of highly educated and skilled talents, suited to meet our business needs.
We are first to have a gallery of pre-recorded interviews and pre-screened staff on demand, enabling us to quickly bridge the gap between human resource supply and demand. We now compete on a global scale with ready, qualified, and trained professionals in over 100 countries.
The COVID pandemic forced us to lean towards new technology to do our work and manage our teams in the last 2 years. Hiring is becoming more efficient with new technology. Video conferencing is a great alternative to actual in-person interviews, with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft 365, and WhatsApp, allowing our interviewer to talk to a real person in real-time in another part of the world.
Recently, project management and time-tracking apps provide convenience in monitoring the progress of projects and our people. Also, current electronic payment platforms allow ease in transmitting payments to our staff across the globe at less cost and in less time.

Founder and CEO Pierre Duval Wilson is a real estate investor and a serial entrepreneur who owns and has founded several businesses in health care, automotive, and other related industries. He is a native Detroiter and has been an active part of the business community in the area.
CEO Pierre Wilson wants to provide solution for other companies to overcome international hiring and recruitment globally. Handle recruitment, payroll and compliance for employee and employer are the core services of PDS.
